Material:
* one kg of paddy frog
* one tablespoons soy sauce
* Oil to taste
* two tablespoons butter
* three tablespoons soy sauce
* one tablespoon granulated sugar
* one tbsp tomato sauce
* two tablespoons soy sauce UK
* ½ teaspoon pepper
* one orange juice
How to Make:
* Rinse the frog with a tiny salt so as not fishy.
* Sprinkle frog with one tablespoons soy sauce. Stir well.
* To taste Heat oil over medium heat. Fry until cooked frog. Remove, drain & set aside.
* Prepare the skillet tidy & heat the two tablespoons butter over medium heat.
* Enter the fried frog then bubuhi with sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce England, pepper & soy sauce.
* Remove when the sauce becomes slightly thick.
* Serve with a lime wedge.
* For 6-8 people.

Frog Stone Cah Salted Vegetables
* ten frogs rock, wash
* two tablespoons oil
* three cloves garlic, roughly chopped
* one stalk celery, thinly sliced
* one red chilies, sliced ��diagonally
* one piece of ginger, finely chopped
* one bunch of salted vegetables, cut
* ½ teaspoon salt
* one tablespoons fish sauce
* one tsp sugar
* one tablespoon Ang Ciao (red rice)
* ½ teaspoon pepper
* one tsp sago was dissolved in 200 cc water

How to Make:
* Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
* Saute garlic until creamy. Then enter the red chili, ginger & celery. Saute another minute.
* Enter the frog & fry until half cooked.
* Then enter the salted vegetable pieces. Toss well.
* Finally put all the remaining seasonings & stir until cooked through & the water becomes thickened.
* Pick up & prepared to serve.
* For 3-4 people.
