Choosing a Good Egg

Egg is a basic requirement for household & food industry. Needs a sizable egg is currently supplied by breeder-breeder who specialized produce eggs, & consumers only buy them in shops or in the markets.

They must be cautious in choosing eggs before consumption because there is the chance of eggs being sold have been damaged or weakened quality, this can be caused by long storage or transport processes.

A nice egg characteristics can be seen from its exterior form, among others:

  * The eggs ought to be normal, that is oval,
  * Eggs were tidy,
  * Leather flat egg,
  * The contents of the egg does not ring when shaken,
  * Eggs no defects or cracks. To choose the condition of cracked eggs or not, by observing the presence or absence of white lines on the surface of the egg shell. If there is a white line, then it indicates that the egg is cracked.
