Factors Contributing to Incidence of Acne


Pimples or acne is an inflammatory disease of the glands on the composition pilosebaseus insolvent with hair follicles. Acne is very common in children during puberty and is considered physiologically because of hormonal changes. Fat deposits under the skin in addition to making the skin rough, uneven too unsightly eye. Patients generally have oily skin types.
Some of the factors that cause acne are:
a. Experts researchers at Colorado State University's Department of Health and Exercise found that foods containing sugar and high levels of carbo hydrates have considerable influence in causing acne.
It is scientifically proven that consuming too much sugar can increase insulin levels in the blood, where it triggers the production of androgen hormones which make skin oily. And high oil levels in the skin are the biggest triggers of acne.
d. Indigestion of foodDoes not irregular sewage can affect acne.
e. Allergies to foodThe nature of allergy to some substance protein, carbohydrate and fat can make acne worse.
f. MechanicalThe habit of holding or squeeze acne causes acne is more severe, because of injuries that occur allow the spread of infection and cause infection throughout the body.
g. Influence ClimateThe climate is humid and the heat causes the glands to work harder insolvent and can aggravate acne conditions.
h. PsychologicalEffect of pressure on the mind can cause acne
i. Hormonal factorsAndrogen hormones play an important role in stimulating the formation of insolvent by the sebaceous glands and in influencing the process of follicle pertandukan around the estuary. Absence of acne in both men prove the existence of endocrine influences.
j. Use of CosmeticsThe use of cosmetics is attached to the skin and cover the pores, if not immediately cleaned up will clog the lymph channels and cause acne ointment called blackheads. The most common cosmetic causes acne is cosmetic moisturizer directly attached to the skin.
