Making chips and Sate Snails

Perhaps you need to make your own chips & satay snail snail? Follow these practical guidelines.

material:
250 grams of snail meat (from one.5 kg of fresh snails)
250 cc cooking oil

Seasonings:
five cloves garlic
five eggs nutmeg
one / five teaspoon coriander
one / five ginger rhizome
one kaffir lime leaves
An acid eye
salt & flavorings to taste

How to Make:
Snail meat that has been prepared as if sliced ��thinly. Then the slices are mixed with spices that have been mashed. Let stand a few moments to permit the flavors to infuse.
Drying in direct sunlight (try one time sun dried).
Fry until dry.

Sate of snails is popular. Every stall or stalls snail "zero two" very definitely sate bekicotnya. In case you need to generate your own snail sate, follow this recipe.

material:
500 grams of snail meat (from five kg of fresh snails)
25 bar skewers

Seasonings:
one / two kg of groundnut
three tablespoons cooking oil
three tablespoons soy sauce
three grains of red onion
three grains of pepper
five cloves garlic
five kaffir lime leaves
five pieces of lemon
one / two teaspoon flavoring
Cayenne pepper, vinegar, salt to taste

How to Make:
Snail meat that has been prepared as if sliced ��into pieces, satay skewers with a puncture.

Make peanut sauce: fried peanut & mash until smooth. Mix with garlic, salt, kaffir lime leaves, chili & flavorings that have been mashed. Give a small water & boil until the oily & given a small soy sauce.

Put it in a spice that has been crushed (garlic, pepper mix soy sauce & vinegar), then let stand some time so marinade is absorbed.

Enjoy!

Bake until cooked snail meat, then doused peanut sauce, sprinkle with raw red onion & lemon slices.
