four. Immersion. After done pemberakan, snails soaked in saltwater with a tiny vinegar. Soaking takes about 5-10 minutes, stirring or dikopyok, then water is removed. Soaking is done 3-4 times until water becomes clear marinade.

four. Preliminary boiling. Snails that have been soaked put in boiling water for 15 minutes while inverted back, & then cooled.

four. Separation. Snails that have been boiled earlier it ought to be separated between the shells, feces, eggs & meat. The trick is to poke the meat snail from its shell with a pick. After the meat, eggs & feces of snails out of their shells & then separated. Snail eggs can be immediately washed out, fried & eaten. While the meat is still require further processing.

6. Immersion. Meat that has been washed, soaked in vinegar water for 15 minutes.

four. Laundering. Snail meat that has been separated from the shell, then washed. Better if the washing is done with jogging water.

7. Boiling finish. Snail meat that has been soaked it boiled again for 15 minutes. After the boil, four times again thoroughly washed & sliced according to our tastes.

This snail meat that has been prepared to be cooked.
